About the agency

We aim to discover and nurture talented authors, whether debut or established, providing personalised and honest representation.

Founded by David Headley in 2008, we are based in London, who represent an eclectic range of best-selling and award-winning authors, including novelists,  historians, short-story writers and children’s authors.

David created the D. H. H. Literary Agency—an agency whose main objective is to provide a more attentive and individual representation for our authors. We wish to help re-launch established writers as well as nurturing debut authors. We are currently only looking to represent fiction writers.

Our current client list includes: Paul Doherty, Adrian Magson, Nigel Jones, Hilton Pashley, Charlotte Phillips, Sean Walsh,
Brian Kirk & Colin Mace amongst others.

Jennifer Muller - Agent

Jennifer has been involved in the publishing industry since 2001. Simultaneously working in the United States' largest mystery bookshop, The Poisoned Pen, and its independent publishing partner, Poisoned Pen Press, she quickly learned to navigate many roles within the industry, including bookseller, submissions reader, production manager, assistant editor and associate publisher. In 2005, she helped to create a UK branch of Poisoned Pen Press and also studied Business Aspects of Publishing at Pace University in New York City.

After a hiatus from work while raising her family, Jennifer is eager to establish herself as an agent, which she sees as a natural progression from her previous roles. She is excited to seek out new talent and is motivated by a love of editing and working with writers to develop their novels to their greatest potential.
