Hayley Morgan was raised as a lonely only child in the Black Country, Tolkien's inspiration for Mordor.
She was first published at the age of 12, in a book about children and the internet (she reviewed the Tom Cruise Fan Club homepage).
Hayley has also been featured in the Huffington Post, Telegraph, AV Club and London Paper, writing about selfie culture and how books might ruin your life.
Hayley has a background in film PR and social media, employed by Momentum Worldwide and Think Jam on behalf of clients including Lionsgate, Paramount, Pathé and 20th Century Fox.
Since 2010, she has been working with producer Cat Cooper to build a slate of creative projects, including her first novel Heathens, which is simultaneously being developed for screen. Hayley also edits an alternative interactive literary webzine, fictioncrowd.com.
Her hobbies include daydreaming, grave hunting, learning the dance to Kate Bush's Wuthering Heights and attempting to domesticate foxes.
