Kathryn Aldridge-Morris

Kathryn Aldridge-Morris is an author based in Bristol, UK. Her debut collection Cold Toast (Dahlia Books) was included in The Republic of Consciousness Prize’s list of Best Small Press Fiction of 2025.

Her work has won numerous writing awards including Manchester Writing School’s QuietManDave Prize, the Bath Flash Fiction Award, The Forge Literary Magazine’s Flash Nonfiction competition, and Lucent Dreaming’s Flash Fiction contest.

Her stories have been widely anthologised, selected for The Wigleaf Top 50, and appeared in various literary magazines including The Four Faced Liar, the Aesthetica Creative Writing Annual, Pithead Chapel, New Flash Fiction Review, Fractured Lit, Flash Frog, Paris Lit Up, and Bending Genres.
