It was a fabulous end to the week last week when we learned that the one and only Lee Child has provided a wonderful endorsement for Mike Hollow’s ‘Blitz Detective’ series:

French rights for Phillipa Ashley’s Christmas at the Cornish Cafe (Avon, October 2016),have been sold to Bragelonne.

Stephen Moss

The paperback for Stephen MossTen Birds That Changed the World (Faber) was published last week.

The book was shortlisted for 2023’s Wainwright Prize.

Tariq Ashkanani

The new standalone thriller from Tariq Ashkanani, The Midnight King, plus one other novel has been snapped up by Viper Books in a deal negotiated by Harry Illingworth.

The Midnight King will publish in April 2025.

The forthcoming book from Kathy Lette, The Revenge Club (Head of Zeus, May 2024), was selected as Australia’s Better Reading Book of the Week!

Italian rights for Frances White’s debut fantasy novel, Voyage of the Damned (Penguin Michael Joseph, January 2024) have been sold to Mondadori.
